1) Business Process Designer
Project Description:
We are looking for a Process Designer with process modeling and
designing skills in ARIS, including organizational parts, work instructions
and communication and escalation lines.
Requirements:
- Experience in modeling and designing processes in ARIS (high
to low level);
- Experience in the Telco or Utility services sectors;
- Experience in a multi-vendor outsourced environment (preferred);
- ARIS - Core;

2) Billing Business Analyst
Project description:
We are looking for a Business Analysts for Billing, Customer Care
& Collections Telco/Utility area. The role will involve:
- Process Flow design;
- Mapping out procedures;

- Screen design when applicable;
- Coordinating / setup business requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent procedural writing;
- Editing, communication and relationship management skills;
- 3 years technical writing/document experience;
- 3 years Billing, Customer Care & Collections experience;
- Knowledge of Telco portfolio;
- Knowledge and experience with working in projects;
- Translate Business requirements into functional specs;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English language;
- Experience in information management area between the Telco/Utility
and IT;
- Pro-active;
- Good communication skills;
- Able to think out of the box;
- International orientated;
- Ability to work under pressure.
3) Project Manager Billing, Customer Care
and Collections
Function description:
- Overall responsible for both fixed and T/M based projects as
SI. Mobilization of the complete Moba Consulting force when required
(including external services where needed);
- Daily management of the complete team involved;
- The delivery of a core inventory of Billing, Customer Care and
Collections requirements
- Initially high level for scoping purposes;
- Data gap analysis and identifying key gaps;
- Process and Organization gap analysis, to define target operating
model;
- Definition of a plan (technology, people, process) for meeting
the requirements;
- Definition of a project organization that fits into the Telco/Utility,
multi country multi-stakeholder environment;
- Project management reporting to the Clients Program Manager,
highlighting key issues and providing recommendations for resolution.;
Requirements:
- Significant program/project management experience (preferably
within a large scale risk environment);
- Exposure to the complete project lifecycle (from requirements
identification to acceptance);
- Experience of leading and managing a medium sized team in a
dynamic environment;
- Capable of facing-off to Senior Management and being able to
communicate issues concisely and in a timely fashion;
- Ability to communicate both in spoken word and in written Dutch,
German and English;
- Experienced Project Manager, Billing and Customer Care background;
- A leader;
- Able to exhibit diplomacy when dealing with stakeholders and
colleagues;
- A hands on doer, a team player with strong interpersonal and
service-orientated skills;
- Proactive, self-motivated and positive attitude;
- Works well under extreme pressure;
